Founded in 1999, IBFW Hospitality (formerly known as VCI Hospitality) is a Boutique Sales Representation, Marketing and Distribution company in India. We represent and market 5 Star and Boutique Luxury Hotels, Cubs and high-end DMCs in successfully developing and expanding sales in India and UAE across all verticals of leisure, corporates and wedding segments.

Currently, our Hotels portfolio is comprised of 900 guest room in five star and boutiq category across multiple business and leisure segments of independent Hotel brands located in metro and tier one cities. Apart from Hotels we also market 6 luxury clubs catering to more than 7500 members across India.

We carry out sales representations across India and UAE which are focused on sourcing new business, including the contracting of travel agents, tour operators, wedding planners. A tailor-made sales strategy is put in place for every hotel and club partner making sure we create a connection to the relevant corporates, travel agents or tour operators. We also offer our agents product training and assist them by organising familiarisation trips.

We strategically plan our revenue growth at each hotel and club during annual revenue budgets, with daily and monthly monitoring and discussions to track progress and adjust strategies as needed. Our goal is for every hotel and club to perform beyond monthly and yearly budgets with the support of the sales and marketing team with direct vision of leading the market in its competition set.
